Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Allan Cross started the match with the kick off. Sam Allanson came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Hannover Reds's Paavo Burgdorf. But to his dismay, Paavo Burgdorf quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Hannover Reds booed when Fletching was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zane Read didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Hannover Reds's Ben Labigne in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fletching's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Chadwick in the 13th minute of play forced Hannover Reds's goalkeeper Till Geppert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermann Zach in the 15th minute of play forced Fletching's goalkeeper Sam Allanson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hannover Reds's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Steve Whalley scored to the left of an out of position Till Geppert, making the score, 1-1. In the 19th match minute, Hannover Reds was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Immanuel Baumann to maneuver through the defense. After 20 minutes of play, Hannover Reds's Ben Labigne made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sam Allanson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sam Allanson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paavo Burgdorf went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Sam Allanson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ben Labigne went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Fletching defense, Paavo Burgdorf kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sam Allanson. The Fletching fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sam Allanson should have stopped the shot. Ben Labigne kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Fletching's goal looked a bit too open when Ben Labigne came free, but Sam Allanson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sam Allanson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paavo Burgdorf in the 37th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Ben Labigne notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Fletching's Sam Allanson. Sam Allanson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Fletching defense, Ben Labigne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sam Allanson. The Fletching fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sam Allanson should have stopped the shot. The Fletching players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hannover Reds were winning 1-8.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Immanuel Baumann to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Immanuel Baumann kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sam Allanson. That made the score 1-9 in the 54 minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Dominik Klemt notched a goal, 1-10, to the right of Fletching's Sam Allanson. Sam Allanson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rene Burschick lost his temper 64 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 63rd minute, one of Hannover Reds:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hannover Reds. After 71 played minutes Fletching got a freekick which was hit by John Paul Owen. Fletching's Sam Allanson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ben Labigne in the 77th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Ben Labigne put it in 1-11 from a short distance just to the right of Sam Allanson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ben Labigne in the 87th minute of play forced Fletching's goalkeeper Sam Allanson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Fletching's zone, Ben Labigne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sam Allanson came out of the goal and Ben Labigne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the match, Paavo Burgdorf had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sam Allanson. Fletching's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paavo Burgdorf was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-12. Steve Whalley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Till Geppert having to interfere. Hannover Reds's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
