With a little luck, Carlisle United's Mehmet Hakkı Oğuzkan got control of the ball when Jan Myrsing tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jannich Brolyng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 洪振义 in the 15th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the game, 洪振义 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jannich Brolyng was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 23 minutes into the match, Saco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Winfield came free, but Jannich Brolyng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Gunther Kullmann fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saco FC's protests and gave Gunther Kullmann a yellow card for diving instead. 26 minutes into the game, Thomas Winfield cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Jannich Brolyng was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Winfield in the 29th minute of play forced Saco FC's goalkeeper Jannich Brolyng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Carlisle United booed when Saco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pelle Varbæk didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, 洪振义 notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Saco FC's Jannich Brolyng. Jannich Brolyng was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 37 minutes into the game, 洪振义 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Jannich Brolyng was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When 洪振义 came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Carlisle United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 洪振义 couldn't finish the play. Jannich Brolyng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Winfield in the 42nd minute of the match. Jannich Brolyng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Winfield, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thomas Winfield to make the kick off. Jannich Brolyng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thomas Winfield went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. In the 58th minute, 洪振义 reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jannich Brolyng. The goal made the score 0-8. Saco FC's Jannich Brolyng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Saco FC from getting a goal against them. Jannich Brolyng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 洪振义, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Thomas Winfield made a precise shot to the right of Jannich Brolyng. Saco FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. Jannich Brolyng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thomas Winfield in the 73rd minute. If Pelle Varbæk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saco FC's Jannich Brolyng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Saco FC from getting a goal against them. Mehmet Hakkı Oğuzkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pelle Varbæk in the 80th minute of the match. Saco FC's Jannich Brolyng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 洪振义 in the 81st minute of play. Mehmet Hakkı Oğuzkan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saco FC. After 97 played minutes Carlisle United got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Forsberg.
