Christian Lærum started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, André Synnes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oslo City FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC COSA NOSTRA the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Oslo City FC's zone, Alvydas Tamašauskis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristian Evenstad came out of the goal and Alvydas Tamašauskis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Liu Lang Xuan got free with Rytis Paškevičius in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 8th minute Liu Lang Xuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rytis Paškevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stasys Povilaitis in the 9th minute of play forced Oslo City FC's goalkeeper Kristian Evenstad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, FC COSA NOSTRA's goalkeeper Rytis Paškevičius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Liu Lang Xuan. Kristian Evenstad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stasys Povilaitis, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Kristian Evenstad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liutauras Urmonas in the 16th minute of the match. In the 16th match minute, FC COSA NOSTRA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Naglis Genys to maneuver through the defense. After 17 played minutes, Oslo City FC's Abraham Alnæs shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rytis Paškevičius came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Oslo City FC reached it. In the 18th minute Christian Paus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rytis Paškevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Rytis Paškevičius successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Kristian Evenstad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algirdas Brazauskas in the 22nd minute of the match. Oslo City FC's Kristian Evenstad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stasys Povilaitis in the 27th minute of play. After 28 minutes Oslo City FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alvydas Tamašauskis who took care of the corner kick. 30 minutes into the match, FC COSA NOSTRA's goalkeeper Rytis Paškevičius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Liu Lang Xuan. Stasys Povilaitis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Kristian Evenstad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aloyzas Jučas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kristian Evenstad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. FC COSA NOSTRA's Rytis Paškevičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liu Lang Xuan in the 38th minute of play. Kristian Evenstad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredas Malakauskas in the 40th minute of play. In the 42ndth minute of the game Algirdas Brazauskas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oslo City FC's Kristian Evenstad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stasys Povilaitis in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kristian Evenstad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The crowd rose to their feet as FC COSA NOSTRA's Stasys Povilaitis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kristian Evenstad. That made the score 1-3 after 84 minutes of play. 88 minutes into the game, Stasys Povilaitis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kristian Evenstad. Stasys Povilaitis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. The audience was convinced that Stasys Povilaitis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristian Evenstad was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Rytis Paškevičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liu Lang Xuan in the 94th minute of play. Rytis Paškevičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liu Lang Xuan, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
