The supporters of Skellerup FC booed when Skytta Toppidrettslag was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sjur Sæbø didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute Gorm Adsersen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivar Espelid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Heino Irgensø got free with Ivar Espelid in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes into the match, Skellerup FC's goal looked a bit too open when Atle Sundstrøm came free, but Vagnar Roebel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivar Espelid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gorm Adsersen in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gorm Adsersen in the 17th minute of play forced Skytta Toppidrettslag's goalkeeper Ivar Espelid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Theodor Stokken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vagnar Roebel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Norheim in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Martin Norheim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skytta Toppidrettslag fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ivar Espelid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Elers in the 26th minute of the match. The supporters of Skellerup FC booed when Skytta Toppidrettslag was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atle Sundstrøm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Skytta Toppidrettslag's Ivar Espelid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gorm Adsersen in the 32nd minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 34 minutes into the game, when Edvin Skevik put in a rough tackle. Ivar Espelid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gorm Adsersen in the 39th minute of play. After some careless play in the Skytta Toppidrettslag defense, Gorm Adsersen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivar Espelid. The Skytta Toppidrettslag fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivar Espelid should have stopped the shot. Heino Irgensø could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Ivar Espelid made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martin Elers got free with Ivar Espelid in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Martin Elers took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivar Espelid. Ivar Espelid dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Martin Norheim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivar Espelid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Elers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Skellerup FC's Micael Kragmose got a free kick in the 59th minute. After 65 played minutes Skellerup FC got a freekick which was hit by Rolf Bersner. Martin Norheim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vagnar Roebel having to interfere. After 72 minutes, Theodor Stokken mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skytta Toppidrettslag and the Skellerup FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 72 played minutes Skytta Toppidrettslag got a freekick which was hit by Theodor Stokken. 73 minutes into the match, Gorm Adsersen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivar Espelid. Skytta Toppidrettslag's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gorm Adsersen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Ivar Espelid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Louis Limbæk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivar Espelid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heino Irgensø, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Ivar Espelid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heino Irgensø in the 86th minute of play. Gorm Adsersen took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivar Espelid. Ivar Espelid dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Elers in the 95th minute of play forced Skytta Toppidrettslag's goalkeeper Ivar Espelid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Skellerup FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
