Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Cliff Dobson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute of the match Harchester United got a corner. islahiye spor's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rhys Philpott ran over to the corner to take the kick. Syd Knott took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kris Devine, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cliff Dobson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 11th minute, Murat Oncu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rainer Seltorp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cliff Dobson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grant Doyle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of islahiye spor booed when Harchester United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rhys Philpott didn't get a good kick on the ball. Harchester United's Syd Knott proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Harchester United from getting a goal against them. In the 22nd match minute, islahiye spor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grant Harper to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Syd Knott managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when islahiye spor's 余义枫 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Syd Knott made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kris Devine in the 36th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Murat Oncu in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Syd Knott saved Harchester United from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kris Devine got free with Syd Knott in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Syd Knott managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when islahiye spor's Kris Devine fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Harchester United's Marty Schofield was substituted for Grant Doyle. 52 minutes into the match, Harchester United's goal looked a bit too open when Kris Devine came free, but Syd Knott reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute, Martin Bilton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonny Chilton kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Damon Furlong's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rainer Seltorp was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Harchester United played a much better game than islahiye spor and deserved their victory. The islahiye spor players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
