Anthony Volpe was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cesare Di Loreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Sabri Fouquet made a huge save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thibaut Mazieres made a kick off. A collision led to Squadra de Pippe getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Ferdinando Cusumano hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dominique Virapin got free with Anthony Volpe in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 56th minute, Bengi Rana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sabri Fouquet was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. A collision led to La Pointe Courte getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Mathis Castella hit a great ball. La Pointe Courte's Pierre-Antoine Charbonnel was substituted for Wilfried Mahé. In the 61st match minute, La Pointe Courte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathis Castella to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yann Segond during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
