Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Grigoris Karagiotakis started the match with the kick off. Kostas Tsioris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vassilis Lazarakis in the 3rd minute of play. Vassilis Lazarakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Grigoris Karagiotakis scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kostas Tsioris, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Diogenis Nestorakis in the 10th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by GREEK ARMY's Vrasidas Drambas. Grigoris Karagiotakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute, Grigoris Karagiotakis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kostas Tsioris was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Diogenis Nestorakis made in the 19th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Koulis Saveris however managed to control. In the 21st minute, Grigoris Karagiotakis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kostas Tsioris was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Kostas Tsioris was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vassilis Lazarakis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 32 minute of play. Grigoris Karagiotakis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kostas Tsioris having to make a save. Takis Tsirilidis took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alkis Kalaboukas. Alkis Kalaboukas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.

If Vassilis Lazarakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aris Kortzidis's late challenge caught a GREEK ARMY's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aris Kortzidis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th minute, Aris Kortzidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vassilis Lazarakis scored 6-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kostas Tsioris, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Grigoris Karagiotakis might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kostas Tsioris. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Grigoris Karagiotakis ran back to his position shaking his head. 60 minutes into the game, Grigoris Karagiotakis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GREEK ARMY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Milan the free kick. In the 60th match minute, GREEK ARMY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grigoris Karagiotakis to maneuver through the defense. After 65 played minutes, GREEK ARMY's Spyros Paterakis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kostas Tsioris came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GREEK ARMY reached it. GREEK ARMY's Bon Culot managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Diogenis Nestorakis in the 68 minute of the game. With 70 minutes on the clock, Aris Kortzidis commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to GREEK ARMY getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Grigoris Karagiotakis hit a great ball. In the 74th minute, Grigoris Karagiotakis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GREEK ARMY fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. 78 minutes into the match, Vassilis Lazarakis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kostas Tsioris. AC Milan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vassilis Lazarakis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. GREEK ARMY fully deserved thier win.
