Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Christian Vanni kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Joaquin Phoenix made a precise shot to the right of Emanuele Di Mario. Skyfall's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 6 minutes into the match, Oliver Friggieri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emanuele Di Mario. Skyfall's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oliver Friggieri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Angelo Meilak hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. The supporters of Skyfall booed when Templars FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Phoenix didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oliver Friggieri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuele Di Mario having to interfere. Emanuele Di Mario came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Templars FC's Austin Gatt. But to his dismay, Austin Gatt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Skyfall's zone, Austin Gatt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuele Di Mario came out of the goal and Austin Gatt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 29th match minute, Skyfall was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fedele Tesone to maneuver through the defense. Templars FC's Austin Gatt got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 32 minutes into the game, Skyfall's Fedele Tesone nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Samuel Demicoli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Skyfall's Emanuele Di Mario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Phoenix in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Joaquin Phoenix left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Templars FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

In the 52nd minute, Joaquin Phoenix reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Emanuele Di Mario. The goal made the score 1-6. Fausto De Simone hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Skyfall's Emanuele Di Mario got control of the ball when Austin Gatt tried to sneak it across the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Skyfall's goalkeeper Emanuele Di Mario had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Austin Gatt. Joaquin Phoenix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd minute, Comunardo Staniscia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute, Joaquin Phoenix ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuele Di Mario was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. Templars FC's Lawrence Gonzi was substituted for Oliver Friggieri. In the 73rd minute Martin Manicolo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuele Di Mario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Templars FC's Raymond Axiaq in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Skyfall's goalie prevented a goal. Ernesto Panno charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernesto Panno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Skyfall's Ernesto Panno got a free kick in the 78th minute. Emanuele Di Mario was a little too slow when Raymond Axiaq got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 1-8. When Templars FC's Raymond Axiaq in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Skyfall's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Skyfall's Emanuele Di Mario got control of the ball when Raymond Axiaq tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 88th minute, Keith DeGaetano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Skyfall fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Templars FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
