Alisson Becker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Onur Candar in the 3rd minute of the match. Monkey D.Luffy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carmine Sciamanna ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led io.dasola's Adriaan Say to fire away a dangerous shot which Camillo Ruggieri despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alisson Becker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Iacobucci in the 25th minute of play. In the 35th minute Arrigo Cino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alisson Becker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arrigo Cino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Alisson Becker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to io.dasola getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ennio Furia hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, io.dasola's Ernest Castagna got a free kick in the 45th minute. 46 minutes into the match, io.dasola's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Pala came free, but Alisson Becker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ali Sayah made a kick off. Monkey D.Luffy's Camillo Ruggieri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Sayah in the 53rd minute of play. Camillo Ruggieri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Sayah, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the match, io.dasola's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Iacobucci came free, but Alisson Becker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ennio Furia in the 79th minute of play forced Monkey D.Luffy's goalkeeper Camillo Ruggieri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the match, io.dasola's goal looked a bit too open when Arrigo Cino came free, but Alisson Becker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in io.dasola's zone, Onur Candar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alisson Becker came out of the goal and Onur Candar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ernest Castagna was shown his second yellow card after 87 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. With a left leg Alisson Becker saved io.dasola from getting behind. Monkey D.Luffy played a much better game than io.dasola and deserved their victory. The io.dasola players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
