Mile Šljivar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jérémie Millier. Ground Control's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Elder de Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amine Philibert in the 25th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Amine Philibert dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Elder de Toledo, 1-0. In the 31st minute, Amine Philibert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elder de Toledo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Amine Philibert struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Elder de Toledo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ground Control. Batiste Lassalle kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Amine Philibert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Elder de Toledo made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kennet Hedbom in the 42nd minute of play forced Ground Control's goalkeeper Jérémie Millier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ booed when Ground Control was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batiste Lassalle didn't get a good kick on the ball. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Elder de Toledo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ from getting a goal against them.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Angelo Minotti to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felix Laget during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 53 minutes into the match, Kennet Hedbom notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Ground Control's Jérémie Millier. Jérémie Millier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 59 minutes of play, Ground Control's Amine Philibert made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elder de Toledo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amine Philibert in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elder de Toledo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 65th minute Amine Philibert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elder de Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jérémie Millier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Šimunko, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Felix Laget fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elder de Toledo having to interfere. Amine Philibert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Elder de Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Minotti got free with Jérémie Millier in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79thth minute of the game Amine Philibert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Elder de Toledo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 82 minutes into the game, Amine Philibert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ground Control's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ the free kick. In the 82nd match minute, Ground Control was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amine Philibert to maneuver through the defense. Elder de Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amine Philibert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the game, Batiste Lassalle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ground Control's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ the free kick. After 85 played minutes Ground Control got a freekick which was hit by Batiste Lassalle. After having played for 87 minutes, Amine Philibert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ground Control's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amine Philibert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Felix Laget had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ground Control's Amine Philibert got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elder de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amine Philibert in the 95th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, Ground Control's Amine Philibert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elder de Toledo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ground Control's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
