Armin Quattrocchi lost his temper 3 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Glasgow Rangers FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 3rd minute. Penalty! Glasgow Rangers FC:s Anfilogino Fantini showed great skill when he stopped William Raynard:s penalty. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mai Bo Shu during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th minute Théophile Nouet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anfilogino Fantini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 minutes, Nathan Depré mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lunar Park and the Glasgow Rangers FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bruno Mariotti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Vachon Sánchez made a huge save. Paulo Nunes hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute, William Raynard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lunar Park's Vachon Sánchez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Piccone in the 36th minute of play. William Raynard blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anfilogino Fantini having to make a save. Anfilogino Fantini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Raynard in the 38th minute of the match. Alberto Piccone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vachon Sánchez having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Glasgow Rangers FC's goal looked a bit too open when William Raynard came free, but Anfilogino Fantini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Nunes made in the 45th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Bruno Mariotti. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alberto Ansoldi to strike the kick off in the second half. Richard Leone hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Lunar Park's Nathan Depré got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Glasgow Rangers FC's Alexander Di Croce was substituted for Aurelio Domenici. Glasgow Rangers FC made a substitution. Cosimo Vaiani replaced Alberto Piccone. Kacper Fetor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Vachon Sánchez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Fernando Magalhães kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Vachon Sánchez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bruno Mariotti went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Carlos Viet replaced Théophile Nouet. Anfilogino Fantini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Raynard in the 83rd minute of play. Vachon Sánchez came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Glasgow Rangers FC's Kacper Fetor. But to his dismay, Kacper Fetor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Lunar Park's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
