Kong Bo Ning sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kong Bo Ning's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edoardo Proietti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th play minute Dave Pierucci came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mehmet Kerem. 1-0. After 18 played minutes ASD Real Molinella 1911 got a freekick which was hit by Dave Lorenzi. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind ASD Real Molinella 1911's goalkeeper Mehmet Kerem, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as S.S.C. NAPOLI's Dave Pierucci slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mehmet Kerem. That made the score 2-0 after 20 minutes of play. In the 23rd minute Kong Bo Ning shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edoardo Proietti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, ASD Real Molinella 1911's Mehmet Kerem got control of the ball when Dave Pierucci tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edoardo Proietti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Lorenzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute Dave Pierucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Kerem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marius Mangra made in the 39th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by S.S.C. NAPOLI's Ernesto Fino. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kong Bo Ning in the 40th minute of play forced S.S.C. NAPOLI's goalkeeper Edoardo Proietti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Amos Battista was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.S.C. NAPOLI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ASD Real Molinella 1911 the free kick. It was beautiful to see ASD Real Molinella 1911's Segundo Balaunde in action when he in the 46th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

After a defensive mix-up in ASD Real Molinella 1911's zone, Nejat Özoğuz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Kerem came out of the goal and Nejat Özoğuz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mehmet Kerem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nejat Özoğuz in the 54th minute of play. After 57 minutes of play, ASD Real Molinella 1911's Kong Bo Ning made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edoardo Proietti was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 63 minutes, Ciccio Bozzelli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the S.S.C. NAPOLI and the ASD Real Molinella 1911 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ciccio Bozzelli hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. If Kong Bo Ning had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, S.S.C. NAPOLI's goal looked a bit too open when Kong Bo Ning came free, but Edoardo Proietti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 minutes, Kong Bo Ning made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. S.S.C. NAPOLI's Edoardo Proietti tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 76 played minutes ASD Real Molinella 1911 got a freekick which was hit by Locaio Dolar. ASD Real Molinella 1911's Camillo Talamo was substituted for Dave Lorenzi. Locaio Dolar kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After having played for 79 minutes, Camillo Talamo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ASD Real Molinella 1911's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camillo Talamo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in S.S.C. NAPOLI's zone, Camillo Talamo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edoardo Proietti came out of the goal and Camillo Talamo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kong Bo Ning fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edoardo Proietti having to interfere. Edoardo Proietti made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Kong Bo Ning sent off a good shot on target. Camillo Talamo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edoardo Proietti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, S.S.C. NAPOLI's goalkeeper Edoardo Proietti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kong Bo Ning. S.S.C. NAPOLI's Edoardo Proietti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save S.S.C. NAPOLI from getting a goal against them. ASD Real Molinella 1911 were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
