After a rather tough play, Hinojar's Victor Roig got a free kick in the 5th minute. Andrés Cainzos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doroteo Marquez in the 17th minute of play. Evaristo Ruiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Camaño having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evaristo Ruiz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Diego Garate hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, Evaristo Ruiz notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Hinojar's Aristides Camaño. Aristides Camaño was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Doroteo Marquez got free with Andrés Cainzos in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victor Roig's late challenge caught a Villel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victor Roig helped the player get up and apologised. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hinojar! Nando Figueres walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Nando Figueres sped through Hinojar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aristides Camaño. Roque Flores hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. If Doroteo Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
