Sebastián Maroto kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Afonso Sacadura scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Toni Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Afonso Sacadura to make the kick off. Girona FC's Toni Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonso Sacadura in the 51st minute of play. Afonso Sacadura received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Toni Vera came out and tried to block the shot, but Afonso Sacadura slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 54th minute. The ZEZOM TEAM fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when ZEZOM TEAM's Afonso Sacadura looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Toni Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Merexildo Esoin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Mendez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute Afonso Sacadura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toni Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, ZEZOM TEAM's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Mendez came free, but Merexildo Esoin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orlondo Tormes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Merexildo Esoin having to interfere. After 85 played minutes ZEZOM TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Diego Seabra. Afonso Sacadura charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Afonso Sacadura the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. ZEZOM TEAM's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
