In the 16th minute Ricardo Madeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gentil Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gentil Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasco Calheiros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Palmiro Picasso got free with Mauro Castilho in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. São Francisco FC86's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Palmiro Picasso scored to the left of an out of position Mauro Castilho, making the score, 3-1. Mauro Castilho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Baía in the 29th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vasco Calheiros in the 30th minute of play forced Pau Nas Canelas's goalkeeper Gentil Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Ronaldo Pinheiro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gentil Miranda quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fabrício Calçada kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Mauro Castilho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Nascimento in the 35th minute of play. São Francisco FC86's Mauro Castilho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Baía in the 37th minute of play. A collision led to São Francisco FC86 getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Jorge Maltez hit a great ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Palmiro Picasso couldn't finish the play. After 52 played minutes Pau Nas Canelas got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Nascimento. 55 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Pinheiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Gentil Miranda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 58th minute Joaquim Baía shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Castilho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 59 minutes of play, Pau Nas Canelas's Palmiro Picasso made it 5-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauro Castilho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joaquim Baía blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mauro Castilho having to make a save. 64 minutes into the game, Pau Nas Canelas's Tobias Nascimento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mauro Castilho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-3. Mauro Castilho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Baía in the 71st minute of the match. With an all-out effort, São Francisco FC86's Gentil Miranda threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vasco Calheiros, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Gentil Miranda successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 9-4 when Tobias Nascimento sped through São Francisco FC86's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mauro Castilho.
