Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Egídio Baptista made the kick off which started today's match. Cláudio-André Taffarel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Egídio Baptista's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. The supporters of Red Proud FC booed when F.C. Sant Sabo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demario Villafane didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Red Proud FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Lucas Ramalho hit a great ball. After having played for 19 minutes, Egoi Nunez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. Sant Sabo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Egoi Nunez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Abad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Pascoal Modesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Alberto Valverde came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Red Proud FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Valverde couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute, Palmiro Manso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Egoi Nunez in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pascoal Modesto saved Red Proud FC from getting behind. Cláudio-André Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egídio Baptista, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Vitin Ziguenza struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Pascoal Modesto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. Sant Sabo. Pascoal Modesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egoi Nunez in the 34th minute of the match. Paulo Coimbra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Cláudio-André Taffarel made a huge save. In the 39th match minute, F.C. Sant Sabo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Maldonado to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, F.C. Sant Sabo's Michael Maldonado got a free kick in the 40th minute. Cláudio-André Taffarel made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Lucas Ramalho sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Red Proud FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Jorge Faria hit a great ball. Pascoal Modesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bitxintxo Balcells in the 45th minute of the match. After 45 played minutes Red Proud FC got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Valverde. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Vitin Ziguenza made the kick off in the second half. Pascoal Modesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitin Ziguenza in the 53rd minute of the match. The supporters of Red Proud FC booed when F.C. Sant Sabo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Abad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gualter Pimenta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Vitin Ziguenza managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. Sant Sabo's supporters rose to their feet, but Vitin Ziguenza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pascoal Modesto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Egídio Baptista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 68 played minutes Red Proud FC got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Macena. Bitxintxo Balcells, 69 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. Sant Sabo's goalkeeper Cláudio-André Taffarel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Red Proud FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lucas Ramalho in the 72nd minute. In the 93rd minute, Daniel Abad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Red Proud FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
