Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) TGN Academy's Angelo Nunez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. TGN Academy's Mergildo Sancho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timo Palacios in the 3rd minute of play. The Murcia Promesas fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Murcia Promesas's Timo Palacios looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Timo Palacios struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. After some careless play in the TGN Academy defense, Timo Palacios kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mergildo Sancho. The TGN Academy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mergildo Sancho should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Mergildo Sancho was a little too slow when Timo Palacios got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 0-7. In the 78th minute, Colas Serena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dagoberto Segura charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
