Fredy Montero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramón Grau's late challenge caught a Sporting Clube de Gaya's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramón Grau helped the player get up and apologised. Ramón Grau kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Geraldo Frois hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. The Sporting Clube de Gaya fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Sporting Clube de Gaya's Fredy Montero looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 45th minute, Fredy Montero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tancredo Griful was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a rather tough play, Sporting Clube de Gaya's Fredy Montero got a free kick in the 71st minute. Murcia Promesas's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Fredy Montero 75 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-7.
