Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gabriel Távora started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Terceirense F.C. booed when MZ Fénix was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noel Castilho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute Gabriel Távora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Vilas Boas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. MZ Fénix's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gabriel Távora 18 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After 24 played minutes Terceirense F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Távora. After 32 minutes Terceirense F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Manuel Rego who took care of the corner kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

56 minutes into the match, Terceirense F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Silvério Vasconcelos came free, but Cássio Baptista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 played minutes Terceirense F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Viriato Semedo. After 71 minutes of play, Terceirense F.C.'s Gabriel Távora made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Delfim Vilas Boas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Terceirense F.C. made a substitution. Romário Fontes replaced Gustavo Amorim. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Terceirense F.C.'s goalkeeper Cássio Baptista, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Wilson Pestana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by MZ Fénix's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Armando Parente was slow to take the kick. During this time Terceirense F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Romário Fontes was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Terceirense F.C.'s Anselmo Baldaia got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Silvério Vasconcelos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Cássio Baptista made a huge save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Terceirense F.C. fully deserved thier win.
