La masia's Luk Van Boeckost played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomáš Čvančara in the 3rd minute of play. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luk Van Boeckost, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of La masia booed when B68 Toftir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romero Widenmeier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luk Van Boeckost showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomáš Čvančara, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olgierd Wozniak in the 21st minute of play forced B68 Toftir's goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giorgi Mamardashvili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olgierd Wozniak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 52 minutes into the match, B68 Toftir's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Huybreghts came free, but Giorgi Mamardashvili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, La masia's Jan-Pieter Haelemans got a free kick in the 58th minute. Salih Özcan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luk Van Boeckost read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Luk Van Boeckost didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 67 minutes into the game, Leon Goretzka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Luk Van Boeckost yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. 89 minutes into the match, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Luk Van Boeckost, 0-6. If Olgierd Wozniak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
