Portus Ganda's Roger Hoolemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Gantenbein in the 11th minute of play. Jannis Hemelsoet kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Roger Hoolemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konrad Cakir in the 13th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Loid Franckx to make the kick off. Roger Hoolemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boris Raich in the 54th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Boris Raich notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Portus Ganda's Roger Hoolemans. Roger Hoolemans was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Güralp Ergüleç in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dieter Eberle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 69th minute of the match, Ronny Gantenbein got a very nice opportunity to score, but Roger Hoolemans was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ronny Gantenbein's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roger Hoolemans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. After having played for 73 minutes, Konrad Cakir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Borussia Dortmund's supporters crossed their fingers, but Konrad Cakir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute Boris Raich shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Hoolemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Boris Raich cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Roger Hoolemans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Roger Hoolemans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boris Raich, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. With an all-out effort, Borussia Dortmund's Roger Hoolemans threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Boris Raich, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Konrad Cakir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Roger Hoolemans made a huge save.
