Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Levente Makkai started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Miklós Bogdán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georgi Naidenov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Szajk LC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Egon Vargha hit a great ball. Levente Makkai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Georgi Naidenov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Steven Gerard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 16 minutes into the match, ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг's goal looked a bit too open when Levente Makkai came free, but Georgi Naidenov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 18 played minutes Szajk LC got a freekick which was hit by Levente Csongrádi. The audience thought a goal was coming when Siniša Mihajlović got free with Georgi Naidenov in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the match, Evgeni Kalkandzhiev notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Szajk LC's Özdemir Babayiğit. Özdemir Babayiğit was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Steven Gerard took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Özdemir Babayiğit. Özdemir Babayiğit dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Özdemir Babayiğit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kuzman Tzankov, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Özdemir Babayiğit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kuzman Tzankov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute Kuzman Tzankov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özdemir Babayiğit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Szajk LC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Lajos Szuper hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Steven Gerard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Szajk LC's zone, Kuzman Tzankov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Özdemir Babayiğit came out of the goal and Kuzman Tzankov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Özdemir Babayiğit made an important save on a dangerous shot by Toni Kochmarov in the 55th minute. In the 57th match minute, Szajk LC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Levente Makkai to maneuver through the defense. Kuzman Tzankov had several of the Szajk LC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 60 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Özdemir Babayiğit as he didn't even see the shot coming. An unexpectedly hard shot by Levente Makkai in the 67th minute of play forced ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг's goalkeeper Georgi Naidenov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Szajk LC booed when ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evgeni Kalkandzhiev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Szajk LC made a substitution. Sámuel Kádár replaced Lajos Szuper. Szajk LC's Isidro Lángara was substituted for Miklós Bogdán. In the 71st match minute, ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evgeni Kalkandzhiev to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Szajk LC booed when ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evgeni Kalkandzhiev didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee ignored Szajk LC's protests and gave Csanád Sipos a yellow card for diving instead. After 83 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Szajk LC! In the 86th match minute, ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paun Gerinski to maneuver through the defense. Velin Dakelov hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Levente Makkai might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Georgi Naidenov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Levente Makkai ran back to his position shaking his head. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Özdemir Babayiğit successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг's Georgi Naidenov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Levente Makkai in the 96th minute of play.
