With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teodor Cornea in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aurelius Bolduc saved Zelg FC from getting behind. Stefan Beller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the match, Stefan Beller notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Truseni's Anibal Aritza. Anibal Aritza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Zelg FC's Aurelius Bolduc got control of the ball when Teodor Cornea tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 17 played minutes Zelg FC got a freekick which was hit by Gerry Belisle. Tudor Buga's late challenge caught a Zelg FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tudor Buga helped the player get up and apologised. Tudor Buga kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, FC Truseni's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Beller came free, but Anibal Aritza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stefan Beller scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anibal Aritza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodor Cornea got free with Aurelius Bolduc in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th minute, Stefan Beller ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anibal Aritza was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The audience was convinced that Teodor Cornea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aurelius Bolduc was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Teodor Cornea received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aurelius Bolduc came out and tried to block the shot, but Teodor Cornea slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 42nd minute. The supporters of Zelg FC booed when FC Truseni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vadim Speianu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anibal Aritza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stefan Beller's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Aurelius Bolduc stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodor Cornea's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teodor Cornea made a kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Teodor Cornea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zelg FC's Aurelius Bolduc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC Truseni's Tudor Buga pulled a muscle in his leg after 61 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Gerry Belisle fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zelg FC's protests and gave Gerry Belisle a yellow card for diving instead. In the 61st match minute, Zelg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerry Belisle to maneuver through the defense. FC Truseni made a substitution. Radu Briceag replaced Tudor Buga. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 81 played minutes Zelg FC got a freekick which was hit by Gioele Spillmann. The supporters of FC Truseni booed when Zelg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gioele Spillmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 86 minutes, Teodor Cornea made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Zelg FC's Aurelius Bolduc tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Zelg FC's Aurelius Bolduc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonid Nazaria in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute of the match FC Truseni got a corner. Zelg FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sandu Perju ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led FC Truseni's Sandu Perju to fire away a dangerous shot which Aurelius Bolduc despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
