The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Zdeněk Zemánek fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Kopeto's protests and gave Zdeněk Zemánek a yellow card for diving instead. Gergő Tisza struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Jakub Picka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ. With his leg Jakub Picka managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Gergő Tisza fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 12th match minute, FC Kopeto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrich Suchomel to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Gergő Tisza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Béla Győrffy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Jakub Picka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of FC Kopeto booed when ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrik Nagy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gergő Tisza had several of the FC Kopeto's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 26 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Jakub Picka as he didn't even see the shot coming. Henrich Suchomel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Gergő Tisza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 34th minute Gergő Tisza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakub Picka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's zone, Henrich Suchomel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Endre Bertha came out of the goal and Henrich Suchomel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gergő Tisza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jakub Picka having to interfere. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

FC Kopeto made a substitution. Tomáš Berousek replaced Hanuš Holan. If Béla Győrffy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jakub Picka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gergő Tisza's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Antal Simicska sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jakub Picka narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tomáš Berousek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dániel Veress in the 61st minute. Jakub Picka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gergő Tisza's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 68th minute, Patrik Nagy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Kopeto's Zdeněk Skalník was substituted for Henrich Suchomel. In the 69th match minute, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrik Nagy to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, FC Kopeto's František Žiga got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute of the match Dániel Veress shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jakub Picka showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gergő Tisza in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jakub Picka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stanislav Hajduk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Endre Bertha having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
