In the 4th minute Su Sang Hao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluca Simmen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, 1. FC Union Weberei's goal looked a bit too open when Su Sang Hao came free, but Gianluca Simmen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute Su Sang Hao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluca Simmen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Owain Wollenmann came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the 1. FC Union Weberei fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Owain Wollenmann couldn't finish the play. After 11 played minutes 1. FC Union Weberei got a freekick which was hit by Ignazio Studer. An unexpectedly hard shot by Su Sang Hao in the 24th minute of play forced 1. FC Union Weberei's goalkeeper Gianluca Simmen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, JET-M's Virgilijus Mileška ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gianluca Simmen. Gianluca Simmen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Erik Hertzog might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Boyan Stumbov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erik Hertzog ran back to his position shaking his head. Virgilijus Mileška recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, JET-M's Gianluca Simmen threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Su Sang Hao, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of JET-M booed when 1. FC Union Weberei was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Micha Weber didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, 1. FC Union Weberei's Gianluca Simmen got control of the ball when Virgilijus Mileška tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gianluca Simmen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Su Sang Hao, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes into the game, Daniel Verplanken was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 1. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Virgilijus Mileška was the one to do the kick off. MarcoMarcus Wiederkehr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boyan Stumbov having to interfere. With an all-out effort, 1. FC Union Weberei's Boyan Stumbov threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Casimir Wickihalter, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Su Sang Hao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Gianluca Simmen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boyan Stumbov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Owain Wollenmann in the 62nd minute. The audience was convinced that Su Sang Hao's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gianluca Simmen was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Su Sang Hao in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gianluca Simmen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to JET-M getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Prokopi Baev hit a great ball. The JET-M players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
