An unexpectedly hard shot by George Van Impe in the 4th minute of play forced Bruly's goalkeeper Rudy Duchateau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruly's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when George Van Impe scored to the left of an out of position Rudy Duchateau, making the score, 1-5. de belletrekkers played a much better game than Bruly and deserved their victory. The Bruly players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
