Ferdinand Serneels made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 12th minute, Aragorn Ranger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferdinand Serneels was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ferdinand Serneels showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aragorn Ranger, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute Zhang Bin Hai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinand Serneels saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Gondor FC™'s Elfráður Legolas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ferdinand Serneels made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Ferdinand Serneels came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Gondor FC™'s Elfráður Legolas. But to his dismay, Elfráður Legolas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elfráður Legolas in the 32nd minute of play forced The Original Wonderteam's goalkeeper Ferdinand Serneels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Zhang Bin Hai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ferdinand Serneels. The Original Wonderteam's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zhang Bin Hai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. When Lennart Van Deijck fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Original Wonderteam's protests and gave Lennart Van Deijck a yellow card for diving instead. Lennart Van Deijck kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 36th minute of the match Bahtijar Barbarez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ferdinand Serneels showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Despot Pajić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinand Serneels having to interfere. In the 39th minute Avdo Seslija shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinand Serneels saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th match minute, The Original Wonderteam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julien Maerschalck to maneuver through the defense. Aragorn Ranger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Ferdinand Serneels tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferdinand Serneels made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhang Bin Hai in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Etienne Anteunis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Zhang Bin Hai notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of The Original Wonderteam's Ferdinand Serneels. Ferdinand Serneels was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to The Original Wonderteam getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Yannis Vercalsteren hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Gondor FC™'s Bahtijar Barbarez tried to score from far away in the 59th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Bahtijar Barbarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Ferdinand Serneels tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferdinand Serneels was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Zhang Bin Hai capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zhang Bin Hai really showed his touch with that goal: 0-10. Gondor FC™'s Stamenko Gudelj was substituted for Safet Nadarević. 70 minutes into the game, Zhang Bin Hai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Ferdinand Serneels was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the The Original Wonderteam defense, Despot Pajić kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ferdinand Serneels. The The Original Wonderteam fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ferdinand Serneels should have stopped the shot. Zhang Bin Hai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Ferdinand Serneels made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Gondor FC™'s Zhang Bin Hai slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ferdinand Serneels. That made the score 0-13 after 80 minutes of play. After 83 played minutes The Original Wonderteam got a freekick which was hit by Vic Van Caenegem. Ferdinand Serneels was a little too slow when Elfráður Legolas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 0-14. With an all-out effort, Gondor FC™'s Ferdinand Serneels threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Elfráður Legolas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, The Original Wonderteam's Ferdinand Serneels got control of the ball when Zhang Bin Hai tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Ferdinand Serneels managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Gondor FC™'s Hamid Hamedović fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ferdinand Serneels was out of position in the 98 minute of play, and Bahtijar Barbarez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bahtijar Barbarez really showed his touch with that goal: 0-15. When the match was over Gondor FC™ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than The Original Wonderteam throughout the match.
