Ronaldinho Fenomeno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Alberto de Amaral got free with William Breckenfeld in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 8th minute, Ronaldinho Fenomeno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lúcio Mota was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Carlinhos Schmidt had several of the Bola Murcha's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 13 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed William Breckenfeld as he didn't even see the shot coming. The crowd rose to their feet as Paranhos Ariranha FC's Carlinhos Schmidt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of William Breckenfeld. That made the score 2-1 after 16 minutes of play. In the 19th minute, Carlos Alberto de Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. William Breckenfeld made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Carlos Alberto de Amaral sent off a good shot on target. After 25 played minutes Bola Murcha got a freekick which was hit by Maurício Hoffmann. 32 minutes into the game, Bola Murcha's Sidney Batista nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lúcio Mota made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Lúcio Mota didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maurício Hoffmann went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. If Maurício Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sidney Batista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 45 played minutes Bola Murcha got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldinho Fenomeno. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Sidney Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bola Murcha's supporters rose to their feet, but Sidney Batista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lúcio Mota breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Alberto de Amaral made a kick off. Paranhos Ariranha FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Ronaldinho Fenomeno scored to the left of an out of position Lúcio Mota, making the score, 2-4. The supporters of Bola Murcha booed when Paranhos Ariranha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dé Prado didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Paranhos Ariranha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Hoffmann came free, but Lúcio Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. William Breckenfeld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Alberto de Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Ronaldinho Fenomeno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Lúcio Mota made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlinhos Schmidt in the 85th minute of play forced Bola Murcha's goalkeeper William Breckenfeld to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lúcio Mota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurício Hoffmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Carlos Alberto de Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Paranhos Ariranha FC booed when Bola Murcha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Dantas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bola Murcha's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
