With an all-out effort, SeleSantos FC's Duda Lira threw himself towards the right post 3 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vivaldo Loureiro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Duda Lira was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Vivaldo Loureiro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vivaldo Loureiro really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 15th minute, Abelardo de Moraes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Legend™ getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Marcus da Cunha hit a great ball. Cássio do Vale struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Duda Lira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SeleSantos FC. Vivaldo Loureiro succeeded in the game's 28th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Rubinho Matorin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernandão Paraíba during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 37 minutes, Rubinho Matorin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Legend™ and the SeleSantos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th match minute, Legend™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rubinho Matorin to maneuver through the defense. Cássio do Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The supporters of Legend™ booed when SeleSantos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedrão Falcão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abelardo de Moraes hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. A collision led to Legend™ getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Amadeu Eger hit a great ball. Legend™'s Duda Lira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio do Vale in the 64th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Vivaldo Loureiro made a precise shot to the right of Duda Lira. Legend™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. After 76 minutes of play, SeleSantos FC's Cássio do Vale made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Duda Lira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Legend™'s Duda Lira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrão Falcão in the 79th minute of play. Duda Lira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cássio do Vale in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Legend™'s Rubinho Matorin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tales Siqueira. Tales Siqueira yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrão Falcão in the 90th minute of play forced Legend™'s goalkeeper Duda Lira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Vivaldo Loureiro notched a goal, 6-2, to the right of Legend™'s Duda Lira. Duda Lira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. SeleSantos FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
