Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Fábio Paranaense fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.A.100Qualidade's protests and gave Fábio Paranaense a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, A.A.100Qualidade's Fábio Paranaense got a free kick in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, A.A.100Qualidade's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldinho Messias came free, but João Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of A.A.100Qualidade booed when Sporting Dornelas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Léo Leal didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Falcão Vieira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, A.A.100Qualidade's goalkeeper João Terra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Falcão Vieira. 56 minutes into the match, Sporting Dornelas FC's Wilson Arantes broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 64th minute Falcão Vieira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Terra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Léo Leal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sporting Dornelas FC's Victor Mandrak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarbas Nunes in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Fábio Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Falcão Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Délio Vargas in the 86th minute of play forced Sporting Dornelas FC's goalkeeper Victor Mandrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, A.A.100Qualidade's João Terra got control of the ball when Juarês Donato tried to sneak it across the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Sporting Dornelas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jarbas Nunes came free, but Victor Mandrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Falcão Vieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. João Terra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sporting Dornelas FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
