The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Ekzema F.V.'s goalkeeper Wellington Baiano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmílson Rossi. Edmílson Rossi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Wellington Baiano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 15 minutes into the match, Ekzema F.V.'s Murilo Paes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chu Damião narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chu Damião showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murilo Paes, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 25 minutes into the game, Edmílson Rossi lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Wellington Baiano. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Wellington Baiano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Denílson Vidal took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wellington Baiano. Wellington Baiano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Guayra FC's Chu Damião played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Cordeiro in the 47th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silvério Donato made a kick off. Wellington Baiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmílson Rossi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the game, Silvério Donato cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Wellington Baiano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 58th minute, Silvério Donato ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wellington Baiano was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Wellington Baiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvério Donato in the 64th minute of the match. After 70 minutes of play, Guayra FC's Edmílson Rossi made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wellington Baiano was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 76th minute Silvério Donato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wellington Baiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmílson Rossi in the 96th minute of play forced Ekzema F.V.'s goalkeeper Wellington Baiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Guayra FC were the better team. Guayra FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
