Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Pacui's Teodoro Garcia started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Coice de Mula getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Eugênio Travassos hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the game, William Neves recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Falcão Favoretto. William Neves showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 12th match minute, Coice de Mula was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jardel Mula to maneuver through the defense. Falcão Favoretto was a little too slow when Jardel Mula got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Pacui's zone, Eugênio Travassos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Falcão Favoretto came out of the goal and Eugênio Travassos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Fernando Salgado during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Coice de Mula booed when Pacui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fernando Salgado didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 28 played minutes Pacui got a freekick which was hit by Claudinei Leão. In the 30th minute, Eugênio Travassos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luís Eduardo Rossi came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Pacui's Teodoro Garcia. But to his dismay, Teodoro Garcia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 37 minutes into the game, Claudinei Vieira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coice de Mula's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pacui the free kick. In the 41st minute, Coice de Mula's William Neves dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. After 43 played minutes Pacui got a freekick which was hit by Zé Augusto Furtado. In the 45th minute of the match, Jardel Mula tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Falcão Favoretto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Falcão Favoretto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Betinho Urbano in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Jardel Mula made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Pacui defense, Betinho Urbano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Falcão Favoretto. The Pacui fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Falcão Favoretto should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teodoro Garcia during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 60th minute, Teodoro Garcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Pacui getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Zé Ribeiro hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Jardel Mula put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Falcão Favoretto. Falcão Favoretto came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Coice de Mula's Betinho Urbano. But to his dismay, Betinho Urbano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. Pacui's Falcão Favoretto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betinho Urbano in the 81st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jardel Mula in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Falcão Favoretto saved Pacui from getting behind. 82 minutes into the game, Betinho Urbano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Falcão Favoretto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Falcão Favoretto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betinho Urbano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Coice de Mula's Luís Eduardo Rossi got control of the ball when Claudinei Leão tried to sneak it across the goal line. Clóvis Guedes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Coice de Mula's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
