Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Erik Marinho kicked off to start the match. The supporters of SRP-Laguna booed when Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Mendonça didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Bartosz Niedzwiecki kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Richárd Richards. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Luís Paulo Batista hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Zé Roberto Barreto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute Bartosz Niedzwiecki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richárd Richards saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Paes took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Richárd Richards. Richárd Richards dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 22nd minute, Zé Roberto Barreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, Arsenio Eudoxio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Richárd Richards, 3-0. Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Wellington Fernandes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Roberto Barreto in the 33rd minute of play. Bruninho Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Erik Marinho put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Wellington Fernandes. Wellington Fernandes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Paes got free with Richárd Richards in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Erik Marinhos short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Wellington Fernandes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 55th minute, Bartosz Niedzwiecki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richárd Richards was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 64th minute Pedro Paes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richárd Richards saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Wellington Fernandes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. from getting a goal against them. After 70 minutes of play, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Bartosz Niedzwiecki made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Richárd Richards was left in no man's land by his defense there! 74 minutes into the match, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s goalkeeper Wellington Fernandes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zé Roberto Barreto. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo do Vale in the 76th minute of play forced SRP-Laguna's goalkeeper Richárd Richards to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sidnei Barbosa kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Richárd Richards made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Paes in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th match minute, SRP-Laguna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Paulo Batista to maneuver through the defense. Dida Linares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wellington Fernandes having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Arsenio Eudoxio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. When Pedro Paes fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s protests and gave Pedro Paes a yellow card for diving instead. Pedro Paes hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. had played much better football throughout.
