Waldir Netto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Paulo França went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 6th minute, Murillo Perez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronaldinho Gaspar's late challenge caught a TRAKINAS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ronaldinho Gaspar helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, TAQUARI FC's Karl Österberg got control of the ball when Deivid Mineiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Luís Paulo França notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of TRAKINAS FC's Waldir Netto. Waldir Netto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Waldir Netto came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by TAQUARI FC's Luís Paulo França. But to his dismay, Luís Paulo França quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Valdir Peres kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. If Luís Paulo França had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Luís Paulo França managed to get in a good position for a shot. TAQUARI FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Paulo França was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waldir Netto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 33 minutes into the game, Luís Paulo França cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Waldir Netto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Waldir Netto didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when TAQUARI FC's Luís Paulo França shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-5 in the ordered_time% minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Paulo França in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Waldir Netto saved TRAKINAS FC from getting behind. Karl Österberg came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by TRAKINAS FC's Deivid Mineiro. But to his dismay, Deivid Mineiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kléber Oliveira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Emanuel Guedes hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Adhemar Rodrigues made in the 65th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Deivid Mineiro immediately put the ball in play. Waldir Netto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Paulo França, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adhemar Rodrigues hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. When Paulo José Donatello fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TRAKINAS FC's protests and gave Paulo José Donatello a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to TRAKINAS FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Paulo José Donatello hit a great ball. TAQUARI FC's Luís Paulo França got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 97 played minutes TAQUARI FC got a freekick which was hit by Durvalino de Amaral.
