Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cristóvão Maciel started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Morro Grande E.C's Habib Ali Picavea got a free kick in the 5th minute. Sebastião Garcia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldinho Meira in the 7th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Cristóvão Maciel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Elite™- FC Galácticos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 13 played minutes Elite™- FC Galácticos got a freekick which was hit by Rafinha Dante. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Ronaldinho Meira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Morro Grande E.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldinho Meira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastião Garcia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredinho Vieira in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastião Garcia saved Elite™- FC Galácticos from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Marcos Ramalho put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Sebastião Garcia. 26 minutes into the match, Elite™- FC Galácticos's goalkeeper Sebastião Garcia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Habib Ali Picavea. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Habib Ali Picavea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Morro Grande E.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Habib Ali Picavea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastião Garcia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 33 played minutes Morro Grande E.C got a freekick which was hit by Toninho Caca-Rato. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Habib Ali Picavea to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Kaká Sampaio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Morro Grande E.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Elite™- FC Galácticos the free kick. Kaká Sampaio kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. The supporters of Morro Grande E.C booed when Elite™- FC Galácticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Pedro Xavier didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 62 minutes, Marcos Ramalho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Morro Grande E.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcos Ramalho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Habib Ali Picavea took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastião Garcia. Sebastião Garcia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Morro Grande E.C made a substitution. Hélder Velasco replaced Alfredinho Vieira. 73 minutes into the match, Elite™- FC Galácticos's goal looked a bit too open when Habib Ali Picavea came free, but Sebastião Garcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastião Garcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Habib Ali Picavea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the game, Morro Grande E.C's Hélder Velasco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sebastião Garcia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Toninho Soeiro's late challenge caught a Elite™- FC Galácticos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Toninho Soeiro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th minute, Hélder Velasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 94 minutes into the game, Hélder Velasco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Morro Grande E.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Elite™- FC Galácticos the free kick. Hélder Velasco kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Morro Grande E.C walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
