Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Raimundo Camargo kicked off to start the match. After 3 played minutes Saiko FC got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Garcia. In the 4th minute Raimundo Camargo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giuseppe de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luiz Figueiredo in the 8th minute of play forced Saiko FC's goalkeeper Giuseppe de Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giuseppe de Carvalho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Luiz Figueiredo went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Raimundo Camargo scored 0-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Giuseppe de Carvalho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Saiko FC's Giuseppe de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Luiz Figueiredo in the 20th minute of play. After some careless play in the Saiko FC defense, Pedro Luiz Figueiredo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Giuseppe de Carvalho. The Saiko FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Giuseppe de Carvalho should have stopped the shot. Saiko FC's Giuseppe de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Botelho in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Camargo in the 24th minute of play forced Saiko FC's goalkeeper Giuseppe de Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leandro Garcia during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fabinho Vasconcelos made in the 28th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Saiko FC's Wanderson Trigo. Saiko FC's Giuseppe de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kalidou Van Dijck in the 32nd minute of play. Giuseppe de Carvalho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armando Botelho went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Giuseppe de Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Luiz Figueiredo in the 35th minute of play. In the 37thth minute of the game Raimundo Camargo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saiko FC's Giuseppe de Carvalho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Saiko FC's Leandro Garcia got a free kick in the 39th minute. Giuseppe de Carvalho came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Capibaribe Stars's Armando Botelho. But to his dismay, Armando Botelho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Luiz Figueiredo in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giuseppe de Carvalho saved Saiko FC from getting behind.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leandro Garcia was the one to do the kick off. Giuseppe de Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Francisco Mazza, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Giuseppe de Carvalho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raimundo Camargo's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Wanderson Trigo got his second yellow card in the match during the 61st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Wanderson Trigo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Capibaribe Stars's Váldson de Sena ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Giuseppe de Carvalho. Giuseppe de Carvalho yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Giuseppe de Carvalho didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 70th minute, which inside left pole to 0-8. Giuseppe de Carvalho made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Kalidou Van Dijck sent off a good shot on target. Armando Botelho struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Giuseppe de Carvalho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Capibaribe Stars. Leandro Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luiz Figueiredo in the 89th minute of play forced Saiko FC's goalkeeper Giuseppe de Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kalidou Van Dijck made a great header on Capibaribe Stars's corner, it was just that Saiko FC's Giuseppe de Carvalho managed to reach the ball for a save. 91 minutes into the match, Saiko FC's goalkeeper Giuseppe de Carvalho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Armando Botelho. 93 minutes into the game, Raimundo Camargo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Giuseppe de Carvalho. Raimundo Camargo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. Giuseppe de Carvalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armando Botelho in the 98th minute. The Saiko FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Capibaribe Stars were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
