Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Zebus FC's Meti Gol started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Meti Gol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Romeu Batista read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Romeu Batista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Meti Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luizinho da Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Meti Gol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Romeu Batista. Esporte Clube Zeus's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Meti Gol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 11 played minutes Esporte Clube Zeus got a freekick which was hit by Christiano Vaz. Dida Coelho kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th match minute, Zebus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dida Coelho to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cafu Gonçalves in the 18th minute of play forced Esporte Clube Zeus's goalkeeper Romeu Batista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeu Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cafu Gonçalves in the 36th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the game, Meti Gol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Romeu Batista was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cafu Gonçalves scored 0-5 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Romeu Batista, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

In the 52nd minute, Dave Lombardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romeu Batista was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Romeu Batista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Meti Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Meti Gol dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Romeu Batista, 0-7. Romeu Batista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Meti Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Meti Gol notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of Esporte Clube Zeus's Romeu Batista. Romeu Batista was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Romeu Batista was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Esporte Clube Zeus fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Zebus FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
