Luan Netto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Christiano Cearense came out and tried to block the shot, but Luan Netto slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 26th minute. Luan Netto kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Bruno Lanckneus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Paulo de Castro in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th match minute, Itajaí Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wesley Velasco to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Itajaí Football Club defense, 孙明锋 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christiano Cearense. The Itajaí Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christiano Cearense should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Internacional getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Milosz Kordalewski hit a great ball. In the 41st minute Luís Paulo de Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Lanckneus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christiano Cearense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 孙明锋 in the 81st minute of the match. Conrado Miranda in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
