The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 42nd minute, Claudinho Fantini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Claudinho Fantini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Róbson Melo. Carrapichel - FDFDF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Claudinho Fantini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Villa Verde FC's Cláudio Saraiva was substituted for Durval de Amorim. The wind increased when Sahnoyan Şahbey made the kick off in the second half. Mac Dez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kerem Aktürkoglu, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 76th minute, Carrapichel - FDFDF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cláudio Saraiva fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With an all-out effort, Villa Verde FC's Róbson Melo threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cláudio Saraiva, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Abel de Barros's late challenge caught a Villa Verde FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abel de Barros helped the player get up and apologised. After 80 played minutes Carrapichel - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Abel de Barros.
