The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ramón da Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. The supporters of Tarrasque Voador F.C. booed when Espigão Steamrollers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cauã Pombal didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Giovanni Pimenta came free, but Alexandre Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Denílson Abraão was slow to take the kick. During this time Espigão Steamrollers's players had a chance to rest. In the 23rd minute Yuri Paranaense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Trevisan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gonçalo de Medeiros made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Christiano Cardoso sent off a good shot on target. 27 minutes into the game, Yuri Paranaense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Alexandre Trevisan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Giovanni Pimenta took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexandre Trevisan. Alexandre Trevisan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 32nd match minute, Tarrasque Voador F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dieguinho Alagoano to maneuver through the defense. If Yuri Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Tarrasque Voador F.C. getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Karl Marx hit a great ball. Denílson Abraão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Alexandre Trevisan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Denílson Abraão came free, but Alexandre Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Mané Penha made the kick off in the second half. Gonçalo de Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mané Penha in the 52nd minute of the match. When Giovanni Pimenta fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Espigão Steamrollers's protests and gave Giovanni Pimenta a yellow card for diving instead. Giovanni Pimenta kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Denílson Abraão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Alexandre Trevisan made a huge save. 63 minutes into the match, Ángel Romero notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Alexandre Trevisan. Alexandre Trevisan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alexandre Trevisan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. The crowd rose to their feet as Espigão Steamrollers's Yuri Paranaense slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alexandre Trevisan. That made the score 0-10 after 96 minutes of play. Espigão Steamrollers played a much better game than Tarrasque Voador F.C. and deserved their victory. The Tarrasque Voador F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
