In the 7thth minute of the game Luiz Paulo Ferraz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wakanda fv FSCMZ's Carlinhos Chaves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Bob Dinamite came free, but Carlinhos Chaves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zico Matamoros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 10th minute, Juninho Breckenfeld hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Wakanda fv FSCMZ's zone, Luiz Paulo Ferraz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlinhos Chaves came out of the goal and Luiz Paulo Ferraz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Geovanni Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Carlinhos Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Wakanda fv FSCMZ getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Fábio Bezerra hit a great ball. When Misericordia EC's Luiz Paulo Ferraz in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goalie prevented a goal. In the 22nd minute, Luiz Paulo Ferraz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's Carlinhos Chaves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Wakanda fv FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Misericordia EC's Jânio Valle got a free kick in the 25th minute. After having played for 27 minutes, Fábio Bezerra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fábio Bezerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Zico Matamoros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Misericordia EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zico Matamoros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlinhos Chaves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Luiz Paulo Ferraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlinhos Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geovanni Lucas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Misericordia EC's Luiz Paulo Ferraz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 38th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 41st play minutes Bob Dinamite shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Carlinhos Chaves and just under the crossbar into goal. After a rather tough play, Misericordia EC's Ian Brasil got a free kick in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luiz Paulo Ferraz was the one to do the kick off. Bob Dinamite hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Wakanda fv FSCMZ's zone, Geovanni Lucas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlinhos Chaves came out of the goal and Geovanni Lucas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dino Soeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dino Soeiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Luiz Paulo Ferraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlinhos Chaves having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osvaldo Alagoano during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Misericordia EC booed when Wakanda fv FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Alagoano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luiz Paulo Ferraz in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlinhos Chaves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 71stth minute of the game Geovanni Lucas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wakanda fv FSCMZ's Carlinhos Chaves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovanni Lucas in the 73rd minute of play forced Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goalkeeper Carlinhos Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the game, Misericordia EC's Luiz Paulo Ferraz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlinhos Chaves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Carlinhos Chaves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Paulo Ferraz went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. After 86 minutes, Jânio Valle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Misericordia EC and the Wakanda fv FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th minute, Jânio Valle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A throw-in in the 88th minute of the game was made by Luís Eduardo Amaral with Geovanni Lucas as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Wakanda fv FSCMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bob Dinamite was slow to take the kick. During this time Misericordia EC's players had a chance to rest. Hortêncio de Sousa tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Carlinhos Chaves. An unnecessary self made goal, 8-0 in the 91st minute. If Geovanni Lucas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
