After 7 played minutes Brazil Academy got a freekick which was hit by Lúcio Munhoz. Claudinei Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Omar in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Rafinha de Andrade had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claudinei Proença. Breguete FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafinha de Andrade was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 20 minutes into the game, Breguete FC's Célio Meira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mateus Vargas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 28 minutes into the match, Breguete FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lúcio Munhoz came free, but Claudinei Proença reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Lúcio Munhoz made a precise shot to the right of Claudinei Proença. Breguete FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Claudinei Proença took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lúcio Munhoz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Breguete FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Pablo Sharkin hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gildo Braga in the 33rd minute of play forced Breguete FC's goalkeeper Claudinei Proença to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Breguete FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maximiliano Omar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. This resulted in a 3-5 score and a disappointed Claudinei Proença as he didn't even see the shot coming. 72 minutes into the match, Breguete FC's goalkeeper Claudinei Proença had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximiliano Omar. The crowd rose to their feet as Brazil Academy's Lúcio Munhoz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claudinei Proença. That made the score 3-6 after 73 minutes of play. In the 78th minute, Pablo Sharkin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the game, Lúcio Munhoz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Claudinei Proença. Lúcio Munhoz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-7. Lúcio Munhoz scored 3-8 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudinei Proença, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Lúcio Munhoz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Claudinei Proença. That made the score 3-10 in the 91 minute of play. Claudinei Proença made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Lúcio Munhoz sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, Brazil Academy's Claudinei Proença threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lúcio Munhoz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Brazil Academy's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
