Triforce Super Soccer's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ the free kick. After 27 played minutes Triforce Super Soccer got a freekick which was hit by Duarte Trevisan. Luiz Mello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duarte Trevisan, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Triforce Super Soccer's Cafu Paraíba managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eduardo Duarte in the 35 minute of the game. Luiz Mello was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Eliézer Carioca capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eliézer Carioca really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Bruno Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ademir Gonçalves in the 40th minute of play. When CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Vito Silva in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vito Silva to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Toninho Alagoano threw the ball into play from the sideline. Triforce Super Soccer's Amílton Alagoano quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 57 minutes into the match, Triforce Super Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when César Cardozo came free, but Bruno Ferreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th match minute, Triforce Super Soccer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duarte Trevisan to maneuver through the defense. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ made a substitution. Emanuel da Rocha replaced Toninho Alagoano. André Luís Mesquita charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed André Luís Mesquita the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee gave Duarte Trevisan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 68 played minutes CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Luiz Queirós. In the 70th minute, Vitório Sampaio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th play minute Vito Silva came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bruno Ferreira. 1-1. 80 minutes into the game, André Luís Mesquita threw the ball into play from the sideline. Triforce Super Soccer's Vitório Sampaio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Triforce Super Soccer's Bruno Ferreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César Cardozo in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Frank Botelho got a free kick in the 87th minute. 92 minutes into the game, André Luís Mesquita threw the ball into play from the sideline. Triforce Super Soccer's Vitório Sampaio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
