After some careless play in the FALCÕES VERDES defense, Sidnei Azevedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dalmo Sergipano. The FALCÕES VERDES fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dalmo Sergipano should have stopped the shot. Wellington Abraão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júlio Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After a rather tough play, FALCÕES VERDES's Benjamin Falcão got a free kick in the 10th minute. Wellington Abraão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Murillo Toledo's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. The FALCÕES VERDES fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when FALCÕES VERDES's Murillo Toledo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dinamo Colorado's Wellington Abraão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murillo Toledo in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute of the match FALCÕES VERDES got a corner. Dinamo Colorado's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Júlio Fonseca ran over to the corner to take the kick. Adelino Sampaio's late challenge caught a Dinamo Colorado's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adelino Sampaio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th match minute, FALCÕES VERDES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Sampaio to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute Miguel Trigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmo Sergipano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wellington Abraão made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Adelino Sampaio sent off a good shot on target. If Leandro Damião had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. There was no doubt that Dinamo Colorado were the better team. Dinamo Colorado's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
