Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vivaldo Paes started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Patrick Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 4th minute, Richard Linhares made a precise shot to the right of Tiaguinho da Cunha. Xapetuba Futebol Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Nestor Paraibano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vivaldo Paes in the 10th minute of play. Patrick Neiva struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Nestor Paraibano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xapetuba Futebol Clube. The supporters of Xapetuba Futebol Clube booed when Magnifico FC - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorian Marquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amauri de Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Dorival Xavier fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's protests and gave Dorival Xavier a yellow card for diving instead. Dorival Xavier hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Nestor Paraibano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto Paraíba in the 25th minute. Nestor Paraibano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Paraíba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Nestor Paraibano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Coutinho in the 29th minute of play. Nestor Paraibano came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Xapetuba Futebol Clube's Jacinto Paraíba. But to his dismay, Jacinto Paraíba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Nestor Paraibano was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Patrick Neiva capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Patrick Neiva really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Nestor Paraibano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vivaldo Paes in the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vivaldo Paes in the 40th minute of play forced Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Nestor Paraibano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nestor Paraibano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Paraíba in the 42nd minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Nestor Paraibano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Neiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Nestor Paraibano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Paraíba in the 58th minute of the match. If Marcelo Coutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vivaldo Paes scored 3-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nestor Paraibano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Magnifico FC - FSCMZ booed when Xapetuba Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doni Paraíba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dorival Xavier took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tiaguinho da Cunha. Xapetuba Futebol Clube's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 67th minute Patrick Neiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Paraibano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Coutinho came free, but Nestor Paraibano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, Xapetuba Futebol Clube's Vivaldo Paes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nestor Paraibano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Richard Linhares got free with Tiaguinho da Cunha in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nestor Paraibano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vivaldo Paes in the 80th minute of play. Nestor Paraibano came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Xapetuba Futebol Clube's Marcelo Coutinho. But to his dismay, Marcelo Coutinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Nestor Paraibano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Paraíba, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Nestor Paraibano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Coutinho in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Jacinto Paraíba notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Nestor Paraibano. Nestor Paraibano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nestor Paraibano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Neiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Richard Senna got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Xapetuba Futebol Clube players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
