With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roger Amorim in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sydney Barros saved Granadero10 from getting behind. In the 24th minute, Gugu Travassos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudinei Mendes was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Claudinei Mendes made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Gugu Travassos sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Granadero10 booed when In-Crivel EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valério de Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hermínio Ferreira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Claudinei Mendes. In-Crivel EC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some careless play in the Granadero10 defense, Maximino Harriet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sydney Barros. The Granadero10 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sydney Barros should have stopped the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximino Harriet was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Kiko Guimarães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diamantino de Barros in the 53rd minute of play forced In-Crivel EC's goalkeeper Claudinei Mendes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roger Amorim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Sydney Barros made a huge save. 62 minutes into the game, Granadero10's Inácio Barbosa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claudinei Mendes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. In the 66th minute Jairo Vinhas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei Mendes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Inácio Barbosa notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of In-Crivel EC's Claudinei Mendes. Claudinei Mendes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gugu Travassos in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudinei Mendes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kevin López kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Granadero10 made a substitution. Sandrinho Leite replaced Gugu Travassos. The supporters of Granadero10 booed when In-Crivel EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin López didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudinei Mendes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Inácio Barbosa went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-2 was the resulting score. Claudinei Mendes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diamantino de Barros went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-2 was the resulting score. Claudinei Mendes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sandrinho Leite went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-2 was the resulting score. For all the effort they put into the match, the In-Crivel EC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Granadero10.
