Cícero Branco made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Kosta Kent sent off a good shot on target. After taking down the ball on Callegari's corner Alessandro Cearense fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Natanael Sena quite easily take care of the ball. In the 29th minute, Gernando Quintal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cícero Branco was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Natanael Sena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oswaldo Breckenfeld in the 34th minute of play. A collision led to Monumento Sports getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Vitinho Dionísio hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the game, Dino Gomes threw the ball into play from the sideline. Monumento Sports's Toko Raiven quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oswaldo Breckenfeld was the one to do the kick off. Kosta Kent kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the game, Monumento Sports's Gernando Quintal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cícero Branco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. 60 minutes into the match, Callegari's goal looked a bit too open when Gernando Quintal came free, but Cícero Branco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cícero Branco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gernando Quintal in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Callegari's goalkeeper Cícero Branco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gernando Quintal in the 67th minute of play forced Callegari's goalkeeper Cícero Branco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kosta Kent's late challenge caught a Callegari's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kosta Kent helped the player get up and apologised. Cícero Branco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Tasso in the 76th minute of the match. Cícero Branco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gernando Quintal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gernando Quintal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 85 played minutes Callegari got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Ferraz. Monumento Sports's Flávio da Fonseca managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Dino Gomes in the 90 minute of the game. 93 minutes into the match, Callegari's goal looked a bit too open when Gernando Quintal came free, but Cícero Branco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
