After 7 played minutes, Arsenal de Gols F.C's Benjamim Nogueira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper David Pitta came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Arsenal de Gols F.C reached it. Leandro Mota hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. David Pitta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Roberto Félix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Zé Roberto Félix had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Pitta. Gurjao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zé Roberto Félix was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. David Pitta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Roberto Félix in the 18th minute of the match. A collision led to Gurjao getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Válter Pereira hit a great ball. Tony Brasil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Pitta came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Arsenal de Gols F.C's Zé Roberto Félix. But to his dismay, Zé Roberto Félix quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leandro Mota during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th minute of the match Romário Passos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but David Pitta showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Zé Roberto Félix notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Gurjao's David Pitta. David Pitta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. David Pitta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tony Brasil went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romário Passos made a kick off. David Pitta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romário Passos in the 52nd minute of the match. David Pitta was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Benjamim Nogueira. In the 55th minute, Tony Brasil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arsenal de Gols F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. With a little luck, Gurjao's David Pitta got control of the ball when Zé Roberto Félix tried to sneak it across the goal line. David Pitta was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Tony Brasil capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tony Brasil really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. 72 minutes into the match, Gurjao's goalkeeper David Pitta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tony Brasil. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Brasil in the 73rd minute of play forced Gurjao's goalkeeper David Pitta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 78 played minutes Arsenal de Gols F.C got a freekick which was hit by Tony Brasil. In the 79th minute, Válter Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Pitta was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Sílvio Montenegro. After 86 played minutes Gurjao got a freekick which was hit by Rafa Chaves. 87 minutes into the game, Válter Pereira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gurjao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arsenal de Gols F.C the free kick. A collision led to Gurjao getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Válter Pereira hit a great ball. Gurjao's David Pitta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romário Passos in the 88th minute of play. In the 95th minute Tony Brasil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Pitta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. During the 96th minute of the match Válter Pereira completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Válter Pereira a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Gurjao's Válter Pereira got a free kick in the 97th minute. If Zé Roberto Félix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arsenal de Gols F.C played a much better game than Gurjao and deserved their victory. The Gurjao players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
