Manuel Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dagoberto Vander in the 4th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Anesth's goal looked a bit too open when Walmir Simões came free, but Manuel Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdir de Azevedo in the 10th minute of play forced Anesth's goalkeeper Manuel Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Sidney Carvalho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maurinho Neves. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 20th minute, Sidney Carvalho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Anesth fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sidney Carvalho in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurinho Neves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidney Carvalho in the 26th minute of play forced Iron Maiden Football OFF's goalkeeper Maurinho Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Iron Maiden Football OFF getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Luisinho Vergílio hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Juarês Quirino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Iron Maiden Football OFF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dagoberto Vander in the 39th minute of play forced Anesth's goalkeeper Manuel Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manuel Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dagoberto Vander, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute Juarês Quirino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Valdir de Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iron Maiden Football OFF's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdir de Azevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Reis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sidney Carvalho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A well-hit corner resulted in Danilo Barbosa heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Maurinho Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidney Carvalho in the 58th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Iron Maiden Football OFF's zone, Sidney Carvalho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maurinho Neves came out of the goal and Sidney Carvalho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maurinho Neves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sidney Carvalho's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Sidney Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Thomás Sarmento came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Anesth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thomás Sarmento couldn't finish the play. Sidney Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Danilo Barbosa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maurinho Neves. Iron Maiden Football OFF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danilo Barbosa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Anesth's Manuel Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dagoberto Vander in the 82nd minute of play. Sidney Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 minutes, Thomás Sarmento mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anesth and the Iron Maiden Football OFF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 90 played minutes Anesth got a freekick which was hit by Thomás Sarmento. Manuel Reis acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 92nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Luisinho Vergílio. A collision led to Anesth getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Thomás Sarmento hit a great ball. After 95 played minutes Anesth got a freekick which was hit by Sidney Carvalho.
