Telmo Meira started the match with the kick off. If Zac Ba Loua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dagoberto Vander hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lenílson Gomes in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurinho Neves saved Iron Maiden Football OFF from getting behind. Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Maurinho Neves successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 9 minutes, Sabo D Agostino made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Iron Maiden Football OFF's Maurinho Neves tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sabo D Agostino in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurinho Neves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Iron Maiden Football OFF's Maurinho Neves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Iron Maiden Football OFF from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Iron Maiden Football OFF booed when Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomás do Valle didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Zé Paulo Sá managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iron Maiden Football OFF's supporters rose to their feet, but Zé Paulo Sá was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karim Bado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Naldo de Alcântara fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's protests and gave Naldo de Alcântara a yellow card for diving instead. Zac Ba Loua was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 24th minute. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The attack was good, but when Lenílson Gomes in the 24th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After 28 played minutes Iron Maiden Football OFF got a freekick which was hit by Doriva Marinho. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lenílson Gomes in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurinho Neves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maurinho Neves acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 39th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Murillo Bittencourt. After a rather tough play, Iron Maiden Football OFF's Juarês Quirino got a free kick in the 40th minute. Maurinho Neves was a little too slow when Lenílson Gomes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 3-0. The Rio Verde F.C CIMZ fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Lenílson Gomes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lenílson Gomes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 59 minutes, Lenílson Gomes made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Iron Maiden Football OFF's Maurinho Neves tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Zac Ba Loua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurinho Neves having to interfere. In the 66th minute Lenílson Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurinho Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Iron Maiden Football OFF's zone, Sidnei do Nascimento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maurinho Neves came out of the goal and Sidnei do Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute, Lenílson Gomes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rio Verde F.C CIMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Lenílson Gomes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Maurinho Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lenílson Gomes in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurinho Neves saved Iron Maiden Football OFF from getting behind. 76 minutes into the match, Sabo D Agostino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maurinho Neves. Iron Maiden Football OFF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sabo D Agostino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. The audience was convinced that Sabo D Agostino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maurinho Neves was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. In the 86thth minute of the game Lenílson Gomes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iron Maiden Football OFF's Maurinho Neves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Iron Maiden Football OFF's goal looked a bit too open when Zac Ba Loua came free, but Maurinho Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Lenílson Gomes sped through Iron Maiden Football OFF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maurinho Neves. Naldo de Alcântara was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Naldo de Alcântara hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ had played much better football throughout.
